Registration closing soon

Now we sold 300 tickets for domestic attendees and will sell extra 50 tickets by increasing the # of seats this weekend. For international attendees we're still accepting the registration via the web form, but we'll close the registration soon after the extra tickets being sold out, maybe in 2 weeks or so.

If you haven't done, go register the conference now.

UPDATE: We're going to close the registration on March 15th 23:59, Japanese standard time.

Sessions and Timetable are out

Sessions along with Timetable and Speakers profile for YAPC::Asia 2007 are now published.

We publish iCal files for sessions (Kudos to Taichi Kaminogoya for his MT-fu) as well, so that you can subscribe to the schedule using iCal, Sunbird, 30boxes or Google Calendar.

You might notice that some talks are marked as TBD and some speakers' proflie are empty. We're working on updating the data and I hope it will be completed anytime soon.

CFP closed -- Thanks for the proposals!

Now it's February 1st based on the UTC time and we closed the Call For Papers submissions. Thanks for the massive submissions!

We have 1.5 times more proposals than actually we have slots for, hence all we can say is your talks will be screened from now on and we'll let you know the result not later than Febrary 14th via Email.

We will start CFP for the Lightning Talks (5 minutes, 11 talks) in the late March, so if you missed the chance to submit a full proposal but have something you can talk in 5 minutes, wait for another chance.

Thanks!
